BUNSTERS CREAMY SPICY MUSTARD CHICKEN

🔥 Creamy Spicy Mustard Chicken

(a.k.a. “The Dish That’ll Make You Sweat in Style”)

If you’re after something creamy, spicy, and guaranteed to clear the sinuses better than a box of tissues, this one’s for you. Perfect for motorhome cooks, caravan chefs, or anyone with one frypan and no fear of flavour.

Ingredients

• 2 chicken breasts, diced (preferably not still frozen)

• 1 large brown onion, chopped fine-ish

• 300ml thickened cream

• 1/3 of a bottle of Bunsters Spicy Mustard Sauce (or more if you like living dangerously)

• 1 packet of white long grain microwave rice

• Salt and pepper

• A strong stomach and a cold drink for backup

Method

1. Fire up the frypan – high heat and toss in the onion. Cook until it’s golden brown or smells too good to wait any longer.

2. Add the chook – chuck in the diced chicken and cook until it’s no longer pink and looks proud to be part of dinner.

3. Turn down the heat – now comes the magic. Add about a third of a bottle of Bunsters Spicy Mustard Sauce (or more if you’ve got something to prove) and pour in the cream. Stir it like you mean it.

4. Simmer down, champ – pop a lid on and let it bubble gently for 5 minutes. It’s getting saucy in there.

5. Final touches – add salt, pepper, and the rice straight from the packet. Give it a good stir and cook for another 5 minutes until everything’s thick, creamy, and smells dangerously good.

6. Serve immediately – preferably before you eat it straight from the pan. Add an extra drizzle of Bunsters on top for an eye-watering, lip-tingling experience you won’t forget.

• Goes great with a slice of bread to mop up the sauce.
